We want you to love your purchase from Dakota Green Inc. If you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• Return must be requested within 14 days of delivery
• Item must be in the same condition received
• Item must be unworn and unwashed after delivery
• Item must be free from additional damage, odors, or alterations
  

Please note that Dakota Green Inc. specializes in secondhand and vintage apparel. Minor signs of wear may be present and are considered part of the character of pre-owned garments. Any significant flaws or imperfections will always be disclosed in the listing description and photos.

Requesting a Return

To request a return, sign in to your Dakota Green customer account and select the order and item you would like to return.

Return Shipping

For approved returns, Dakota Green Inc. will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to the customer.

Returns must be shipped using the return label provided by Dakota Green Inc.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
